Shipping & Delivery
We offer delivery Australia wide and make use of third party delivery partners. Some rural locations are excluded; contact us if you are unsure.
When placing an order you will receive a few different delivery options:
- Collect from our warehouse
- Arrange your own courier
- Book delivery via Beach & Wood
Opting to collect from our warehouse:
If you choose to collect your order in person, we will notify you as soon as your order is ready to be collected. Please note there will be specific dates and timeframes for pick-up, as we are not always at the warehouse.
When arranging your own courier:
All costs related to using your own courier is your responsibility. Beach and Wood is not liable for any loss, damage or charges incurred.
Every item is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure there is no prior damage to your order. Any damage that occurs after the item has left our warehouse is your responsibility.
Always confirm the warehouse address and suitable pick-up timeframe if using your own courier.
The labels can be emailed to us and we will place it onto your packages.
Booking delivery via Beach and Wood:
The cost of delivery is calculated based on weight, cubic centimetres and location.
We Only Ship Within Australia
We offer delivery Australia wide and make use of third party delivery partners. Some rural locations are excluded; contact us if you are unsure.
Third party delivery partners we use include StarTrack, TNT, BigPost, Border Express, Northline and furniture removalists. We often have better deals with these companies and can get a quote for your order.
Once approved, the delivery cost is added to your order and your responsibility.
Lead times (In Stock Only):
Please keep in mind that we are based in Sydney, NSW
We endeavour to dispatch all in stock items within 4 to 6 days of receiving your order. Bulky items, which require furniture removalists (items like beds, cabinets, consoles etc) could take up to 7 days to dispatch as these removalists travel interstate once a week.
Metro Cities (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane ONLY):
Delivery between 10 to 14 days after dispatch
Regional Cities (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane ONLY):
Delivery could take up to 21 days after dispatch

Lead times (Pre Orders):
If you have placed an order for an item on pre order, this means that the item will only be available from the date stated on the product description. Example: Aug 2025 pre orders will only arrive at our warehouse in Aug 2025.
Important:
Deliveries will be on weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm. No deliveries on weekends or public holidays, unless specifically arranged by our team.
It is important that you supply us with the correct contact details and special instructions to be passed on to the delivering company. Where possible, always opt to deliver to a commercial address as this will be cheaper than residential delivery.
If you do not have a commercial address, we suggest shipping to the nearest BigPost Depot and collect directly from them.
Please check your item upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours should the item be damaged or faulty. Where possible, keep the original packaging.
International Shipping
Due to the high cost of International Shipping, we currently do not offer this option.
