“Beach & Wood” (referred to as “Beach & Wood”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is the owner and publisher of the content contained in this website (“Site”). Your use of this Site is subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy and any other laws or regulations which apply to this Site. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using the Site.

Beach and Wood is a wholesale site. Products and pricing is strictly for approved users.

The Site may contain information from a number of manufacturers. The Site provides approved users with the opportunity to purchase goods for the use and resell within Australia.

The price of goods ordered is the current price at the time of delivery, unless a specific price has been quoted. All prices are in Australian dollars. 

Beach & Wood currently accepts the following payment method options:

Credit Card

You may pay for goods by Mastercard or Visa.

Choosing to pay by credit card is an efficient way of shopping on the Site, as orders will be processed once confirmation of payment is received.

In relation to ensuring your safety when making online credit card payments, always look for ‘https://’ in the address bar as well as the padlock or key symbol in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window. Please note if you are using IE 7 Windows browser, the padlock can be found in the top right hand corner at the end of the address.

Payment Terms (Pre Orders)

Pre orders can be paid in split payments with the following conditions:

  • maximum 3 split payments
  • first payment to be made upon order placement
  • final payment required before pre order arrives at our warehouse

Failure to make final payments on preorders will result in cancellation of your order and deposit is non-refundable

We reserve to right to refuse split payments to any clients who failed to pay split payments on time.

Beach & Wood will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full.

All risk in the goods will pass to you upon collection of the goods.

All risks and costs related to using your own courier is your responsibility. Beach and Wood is not liable for any loss, damage or charges incurred.

Authority to leave will void any liability that covers any loss, theft, or damage to your product(s) offered via Beach & Wood or our delivery partner.

You should consider whether to obtain any suitable insurance in respect of the goods.

Approved users may place an order for goods via the shopping cart tool on the Site. This can be done by email or by telephone.

All products advertised on the Site are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice.

Beach and Wood products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This Site and all intellectual property rights, including graphics, logos, trademarks, design, text, icons, the arrangement of them, sound recordings and all software relating to this Site, are owned by us, or in some cases, a related body corporate or third party. These intellectual property rights are protected by Australian and international laws.
