Because rattan is a natural material that is shaped by hand, it cannot be made perfectly straight. You may notice slight gaps between door frames or find some doors fit more snugly than others. These are not flaws but rather hallmarks of an artisanal, handmade product. As these characteristics are an inherent part of the craft, we are unable to offer refunds for them.
